We were engaged by St George PLC to undertake the mechanical and electrical design and build of Fulham Reach block G, a £16m development situated off the River Thames, overlooking the famous Harrods Furniture Depository with views that stretch across to Hammersmith Bridge and beyond.

Fulham Reach will provide 744 new homes to London, our team of over 20 site workers including managers, engineers, administrators and designers are working with other trade contractors to complete the Fulham Reach development by September 2016.

Designed by leading London architects, John Thompson & Partners, the development will offer a stunning range of penthouses, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and hotel style facilities such as 24 hour concierge, landscaped open spaces, shops, bars and restaurants.

Residents of Fulham Reach, enjoy exclusive access to the Tamesis Club, featuring the finest facilities including a state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, virtual golf, cinema screening room and snooker room.

Fulham Reach is perfectly positioned for the best that the capital has to offer. Its excellent transport links provide fast access to business, shops, entertainment and airports. Four London Underground lines - Hammersmith & City, Circle, District and Piccadilly are all a few minutes’ walk. South Kensington is just an 8 minute journey and Knightsbridge 11 minutes. Scope of Works

Working with St George and architect John Thompson, the vision retains the architectural heritage of this historic dockside location, in design and detail, combining new and old. We have been tasked with the responsibility of the design process, from stage C to E and to complete the delivery of the mechanical and electrical fit out.
