We are an NICEIC accredited organisation and have over 30 year’s experience as an electrical contractor. We have over 90 directly employed electricians who have the technical competence to ensure the high standards expected.
We have a proven track record we've provided installation, energy saving, design and build solutions to some of the most highly regarded businesses in the UK, on some of their most demanding and prestigious projects. We are experienced at working in the most hazardous areas including the petroleum and pharmaceutical industries with our staff being CompEX trained electricians with NICEIC extension for hazardous areas.
Mechanical and Electrical Small Works Projects
SEE has its own Mechanical and Electrical small works division who deliver M&E small works and Mechanical responsive and planned maintenance below the value of £100,000. This division has directly employed qualified engineers who attend small works, backed up by office managers, helpdesk coordinators and administration staff.
We have been at the forefront of design and BIM since 2000. We have a dedicated in house design department and are well placed to share our practical experiences and knowledge with all clients.
We use a variation of different software including:
- Computer Aided Drafting (CAD): Creation, modification, analysis of a design.
- Building Information Modelling (BIM): Process involving the generation and management of digital representations (3D models) of physical and functional characteristics of places.
- Relux: Unique, professional freeware for light design.
- ProDesign: Electrical design software which provides full electrical design and calculations to BS 7671.
- Hevacomp: Mechanical design software suite for engineers, architects, and energy assessors and enables easy design and calculations.
Terry joined SEE in 2014, he is a professional and experienced Director with 30 experience working within the construction industry.
Terry is the director for the Mechanical and Electrical Services Division delivering M&E projects in all sectors including commercial, residential and education.
As director for the M&E Services Division, Terry will be involved in all aspects of the contract from initial enquiries and tenders, through to project design, delivery and completion.
Projects Director - Electrical
Pat joined SEE in 2007, Pat is proactive with competent management skills and extensive experience delivering Electrical projects.
Pat is Projects Director for the Electrical Services Department managing the delivery of all our larger electrical projects in all sectors. Reporting to John Saunders, Electrical Director.
Pat is involved in all aspects of the contract from initial enquiries and tenders, through to project design, delivery and completion.
