    We can start the whole process of any project, from design drawings, including making sure all works are carried out to all the current regulations and legislation. We have experience in refurbishment to commercial, retail, public houses, education establishments, restaurants and domestic properties of varying sizes. We have completed roll outs of new shop fits for blue chip companies in the south east of England. We also carry out planned maintenance and upgrade works during shut down periods and school terms by having professional skilled trade’s men working in teams to meet the customers' requirements.  We can carry out all types of building works large and small to a professional standard. 

  • Building Minor Works

    Our minor works teams deliver repairs and minor building projects, which need to be completed in a short period of time, sourcing the materials from our approved suppliers and delivering the works efficiently and at a good quality standard. 

    Our minor works teams also deliver fire risk assessment work as well as following remedial works.  

    Local Authority Works

    We have many years' experience in servicing varying properties belonging to local authority's including residential property, offices, play grounds, leisure centers and sports grounds, we also carry out reactive works to make sure these properties are functioning to the full capacity.   

  • Building Maintenance

    We deliver planned and responsive maintenance works with a team of directly employed engineers, with our trained engineers we can respond to emergency call outs 24 hours a day as well as carrying planned maintenance projects to your properties to reduce the chance of an unnecessary emergency.    

    We have experience in providing maintenance to commercial, retail, public houses, education establishments, restaurants and domestic properties of varying sizes.

    We will advise you of all the legislation that is required for carrying out the services to make sure you are complying with the current regulations.

  • SES Helpdesk 

    We have a help desk and an escalation procedure to make sure our clients get a fast and efficient service from the minute we receive the call. Our helpdesk coordinator and administrator ensure your call is dealt with by the right people so we can respond and get your project, minor works or emergency under way quickly.

    The SEE reactive service provides the following response times:

    Building Division Manager

    Paul joined SEE in 2013 and has over 35 years’ experience delivering these services. Paul manages a team of directly employed staff in the office, helpdesk and engineers. Paul ensures the smooth running of all services including building, minor works and maintenance. 

    Emily Gilmore

    Helpdesk Coordinator

    Emily joined SEE in 2013 and has over five years experience being a helpdesk coordinator. Emily is a central contact for the SES helpdesk and manages the helpdesk and Helpdesk Administrator. Emily is proactive and quickly adaptable to handling situations which require a quick resolution. Cassie understands each client’s priority demands and allocates the appropriate engineer to each project dependant on skill requirement.
