We have a dedicated management and administration team who have a combined experience of over 90 years’ experience of working in the rail sector. This team manages and supports our directly employed supervisors and engineers who work on our rail sites.
We are capable of delivering all services to rail stations and have experience of delivering works to very tight time constraints. We deliver all types of works including refurbishments of ticket offices, waiting rooms, platform works, lighting, air conditioning, car park schemes, mechanical and electrical works.
We also deliver responsive and planned maintenance contracts and undertake PPM schemes to bring value for money and programme benefits to our clients.
As well as completing the works we are also able to offer a full possession and Isolation planning service coupled with this we are able to supply all necessary safety critical staff to complete the task. The experienced team behind this have completed many schemes for a range of clients directly for Network Rail, Greater Anglia, LOROL, Govia Thameslink and First Capital Connect working at both Stations and Depots.
The experienced staff within our team are also very experienced and skilled in delivering emergency repairs on a 24/7, 365 days a year basis for Dangerous Structures works. This has involved them working with all London Borough authorities dealing with gas explosions, building collapses, weather related damage from storms, this can range from anything to dangerous and falling fencing and walls right up to complete building demolition, this works has been working in conjunction with Emergency blue light authorities and Local authorities.
SEE Plc also have 24/7 standby support services essential for working on this emergency basis , working with our in house engineers we are able to offer welfare and toilet facilities including mobile welfare vans.
Rail Safety and Qualified Employees
SEE’s number one priority is safety in everything we do. We have a fully trained and PTS qualified directly employed management and engineering team who have extensive experience working in the rail sector. We have a full time in house health and safety team who are also PTS trained and have many years’ experience working in the rail sector.
Our team have regular training on all aspects of safety and have regular drugs and alcohol tests done to ensure the highest level of compliance.
Our rail team have the experience, knowledge and clearance to work with Network Rail Infrastructure and Train Operating Companies (TOC’s) managed areas of the rail network.
