SEE hosted the Chancellor of Exchequer and Lee Scott Conservative Party

The Chancellor of Exchequer and the conservative party visited SEE Plc's offices on Thursday 1st June to host, a meeting where the chancellor spoke to business owners and apprentices at South Eastern Electrical PLC, in Fowler Road, with the Conservatives’ Ilford North candidate Lee Scott.

The chancellor was mainly quizzed by company directors on the impact of Brexit. He said that by autumn he believed “that we will get some clear, positive signals from these negotiations which I’m hoping will improve business confidence”. Mr Hammond also said it was important that the government and EU negotiators “present a positive front to the world”.

Lauren Dance Human Resources Manager who hosted the event said 'SEE were happy to help with the meeting and hosting an important event in the conservative compaign diary. SEE works towards community goals and bringing the business owners together from the surrounding Hainault Industrial Estate.'
